Kids Take The Stage is thrilled to bring back to the stage the beloved Willy Wonka and The Chocolate Factory!

All of your favorite characters and songs (including "The Candy Man" and "Pure Imagination") are featured in this show that overflows with music, comedy and heart. The memorable score by Leslie Bricusse (Jekyll & Hyde, Doctor Dolittle) and Anthony Newley, augmented by several new songs, has been neatly fitted into a new script adapted under the auspices of the Roald Dahl Estate. Ideal for children's matinees or school assemblies, Willy Wonka is a wonderful family show, perfect for the holiday season or any season.

Into The Woods

KTTS Teen Theater is proud to present this ridiculously clever musical that is brilliantly entertaining!

When a Baker and his Wife learn they've been cursed with childlessness by the Witch next door, they embark on a quest for the special objects required to break the spell, swindling, deceiving and stealing from Cinderella, Little Red Ridding Hood, Rapunzel and Jack (the one who climbed the beanstalk!)

With unforgettable roles, little dancing and no chorus, Into The Woods Junior showcases a medium-sized ensemble of talented singers and actors, where each performer shoulders an equal weight. The sophisticated score has been adapted to make it easier - though still challenging - for young performers.

Lynn Ahrens and Stephen Flaherty have lovingly brought to life all of our favorite Dr. Seuss characters, including Horton the Elephant, Gertrude McFuzz, Lazy Mayzie, and all of the Whos of Whoville! The score emerges as a Seussian Gumbo of musical styles, ranging from Latin to pop, swing to gospel, and R&B to funk! So let your toes tap, your fingers snap, and you're imagination run wild for "Oh, the thinks you can think, When you think about Seuss!"

Bugsy Malone

A cast of youngsters play all the parts in this tongue-in-cheek tribute to the 1920s gangster flick. It seems Fat Sam, who runs one of the most popular clubs in town, is in danger of being closed down by his "business rival" Dandy Dan. Enter baby-faced Bugsy Malone, a killer with the ladies and a definite asset to Fat Sam. Unfortunately, Bugsy has also caught the eye of Sam's girlfriend Tallulah -though he's set his designs on showgirl Blousey Brown...

Like the film, this wild and wacky musical includes a child's dream come true: a non-violent gang war fought with "splurge blasters" which spew forth silly string! It's a thoroughly charming concept resulting in delightfully messy fun.

It's also an entertaining way to explore Prohibition and the Roaring Twenties in the classroom.

Based on the popular comic strip, Annie Junior tells of a spunky Depression-era orphan determined to find her parents, who abandoned her years ago on the doorstep of a New York City Orphanage run by the cruel Miss Hannigan. In adventure after fun-filled adventure, Annie foils Miss Hannigan's evil machinations, befriends President Franklin Roosevelt and finds a new family in billionaire Oliver Warbucks, his personal secretary Grace Farrell and a lovable mutt named Sandy.

Beauty and The Beast

Step into the enchanted world of Broadway's modern classic, Disney's BEAUTY AND THE BEAST. Based on the Academy Award winning animated feature, the stage version of Disney's BEAUTY AND THE BEAST includes all of the wonderful songs from the film, written by Alan Menken and the late Howard Ashman, (the team responsible for LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS), plus new songs written especially for the Broadway version by Mr. Menken and Tim Rice (ALADDIN, AIDA).

Your audiences will be transported to a lovely French provincial town where the beautiful Belle lives with her father -- a dotty inventor. When her father doesn't return from a trip to the local fair, Belle rushes off to find him. To her dismay, she discovers he is being held captive in an old castle by a horrible beast. She trades her freedom for his and the "tale as old as time" begins.
